My sister found these lovely Danish chairs in a shop in Herefordshire. I new exactly what I wanted to do with them.
I painted them both with a coat of Annie Sloan’s ‘Old Ochre’. One was given a top coat of ‘Louis Blue’ and the other a coat of ‘Antibes Green’.
The inspiration for the stencil design came from a gorgeous vintage cushion I bought from the Rajasthani embroidery ladies in Delhi.
The stencil design was painted with my old favorite, Old White.
All they need now is another four , each in a different colour.
My sister prefers the green one, I can’t decide. Which do you prefer?
