I bought this lovely cupboard from a shop very near to where I live. I actually debated as to whether to paint it at all, as I liked it in my hall unpainted. It was definitely right to re-invent it though.
I began with a coat of Annie Sloan’s Old White, followed by Paris grey. I then stencilled the doors with one of my designs followed by sanding and waxing.
The interior is painted in Country Grey and as a cheeky little suprise, I have printed a scalloped design on the edge of the shelves.
